Research use only — what does that mean?
All Gentleman Peptides products are reference compounds intended exclusively for in-vitro research and laboratory use. They are not drugs, supplements, or for human/veterinary consumption. Lots are sold as analytical standards under research-use-only terms.
How are products tested and certified?
Every lot is independently re-tested at a separate accredited lab via HPLC-UV (purity), LC-MS (identity), and LAL endotoxin assay. The COA is generated from those results.
Why does product appearance vary between lots?
Lyophilization yields a white-to-off-white cake whose texture (fluffy, dense, or filmy) depends on excipient ratios and primary drying speed. Color and structure variation within spec is normal and does not affect purity or identity.
Lyophilized vs. solution form?
Most peptides ship lyophilized for stability. Some short-chain peptides ship pre-reconstituted in bacteriostatic solution where stability data supports it.
Powder color expectations
White, off-white, or pale-yellow are all within spec for most peptides. The COA records the exact appearance per lot.
Storage instructions
Store lyophilized vials at −20°C, desiccated, in the dark. Once reconstituted, keep at 4°C and use within 14–28 days depending on the compound.

Shipping hours and cutoff
Orders placed by 2 PM PST Mon–Fri ship same day. Weekend orders ship Monday.
Processing and shipping times
Domestic orders typically arrive in 2–5 business days, depending on shipping class.
Order tracking
Tracking numbers are emailed at dispatch and visible in your account. Use the Order Tracking page with your order # + email.
Shipping regions and restrictions
We ship to all 50 states. Some compounds are restricted in certain jurisdictions — restrictions are flagged at checkout.
Label printed but no tracking movement
UPS & USPS sometimes scans late. Allow 24–48h for first scan. If still no movement after 72h, contact support.
Modifying or canceling an order
Orders can be modified before dispatch. Once shipped, modifications aren't possible.

Zero-tolerance policy
We don't tolerate fraudulent chargebacks, abuse of staff, or attempts to bypass jurisdiction restrictions. Accounts are flagged and closed.
Account blacklist
If your account has been suspended in error, email support with your order details.
