Where we ship

Gentleman Peptides currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If your billing or shipping address falls outside the U.S., we won't be able to fulfill the order.

Methods & delivery estimates

All shipments are dispatched via UPS. Three service levels are offered at checkout:

• UPS Ground (standard) — 3–5 business days · available across all 50 U.S. states · the cost-effective default.
• UPS 2-Day — 2 business days · for time-sensitive workflows.
• UPS Next Day Air — 1 business day · for the most urgent lot pulls.

Delivery windows are UPS estimates and can shift due to weather events, federal holidays, routing delays, or other carrier-side issues outside our control.

Order processing time

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Anything placed after business hours, on weekends, or on a federal holiday will move into the queue on the next business day.

Tracking

The moment a label scans, you'll receive an email with:

• Your UPS tracking number
• A direct link to follow the shipment in real time

Order status and tracking are also available 24/7 from the Orders tab in your account.

Shipping costs

Costs are calculated live at checkout based on three factors:

• The shipping method you select
• The total package weight
• The destination ZIP code

Delivery issues

If a shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, email [email protected] and we'll open the carrier ticket with UPS on your behalf.

Gentleman Peptides isn't responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, UPS-side service interruptions, or events outside our control (weather events, natural disasters, etc.).
