Customer satisfaction matters to us. Because every Gentleman Peptides product is a research-grade reference standard, the rules below describe exactly when a refund or replacement is on the table.
All sales are final
Our catalog is classified as research-grade reference standards. To protect every researcher who orders from us — and to keep the chain of custody intact for every lot we ship — all sales are final. We can't accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened product for safety, contamination, and integrity reasons.
Damaged, incorrect, or defective items
If a shipment arrives damaged, incorrect, or visibly defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll need:
- Photos of the outer packaging and the product itself
- Your order number and proof of purchase
Once we've reviewed the documentation, you'll be offered, in order of preference:
- A like-for-like replacement, or
- Store credit for the affected items.
Refunds to the original payment method are reviewed case-by-case at our discretion.
Lost packages
If UPS confirms a package as lost in transit, we'll open the carrier claim with you. Once UPS resolves the claim, we'll typically offer a replacement or store credit for the affected lot.
We can't take responsibility for:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout
- Packages confirmed as delivered and stolen afterward
Order cancellation
Orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once placed. Each order kicks off lot allocation, COA pairing, and pick-and-pack within minutes of submission, so cancellation isn't something we can offer after the fact.
Submitting a refund request
Email [email protected] with your full name, order number, and a clear description of the issue (plus photos when relevant). We typically reply within one business day.
